D1 Staff Headed to the Manning Passing Academy
The D1 Training staff is heading down to Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA this week for the Manning Passing Academy. The staff will be hosting a speed seminar at the camp. They will be showing the most current training techniques, enabling athletes to increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility, and sport-specific ability. D1 and Averitt Express Host Second Annual 5k Together
Averitt/D1 Corporate Wellness just had its second annual 5k race. It was held on Averitt Express Corporate facility. It was open to all Averitt associates and family. We had 49 associates age ranging from 5 to 54 years old. The overall male was Chris Thacker and the overall female was Haley Grinder which both ran a 24 min 5k. Great Job to everyone that took part in the race.
